Calm the mind

Abhyangam & Potli

أبيانغام وعلاج البوتلي

Abhyangam is a rhythmic full-body massage with warm medicated oil chosen for your constitution. Potli (Pottali Swedana) follows with warm poultices filled with herbs and gently pressed over the body, carrying heat and herbal oils into tired muscles and joints.

  • Improves circulation and skin softness
  • Reduces fatigue and promotes restful sleep
  • Leaves the body warm, light and nourished

Suitable for

People with desk-related back and shoulder tension, active adults, those feeling run down, and anyone who wants a grounding full-body treatment.

العناية العشبية بالبشرة

  • Deeply cleanses and detoxifies the skin
  • Supports an even, brighter skin tone
  • Helps soften the look of fine lines and dark spots

Anyone seeking a natural facial: dull or tired skin, uneven tone, pigmentation concerns, or a pre-event glow without harsh chemicals.
